Abstract
A rapid and simple method for the capillary electrophoretic determinat ion of residual trifluoroacetic acid in lyophilized natural products i s described. The technique utilizes 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid a s a separation buffer additive providing indirect ultraviolet absorpti on detection. Using this method, acceptable precision, accuracy, selec tivity, range and linearity were achieved. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science B .V.
