Abstract
In a patient with uveitis who had been treated with Nd:YAG laser capsu lotomy after cataract surgery, several episodes of acute hypotonia occ urred which were associated with changes in clinical tests of the eye and of visual function. Immunosuppressive and immunomodulating treatme nt appeared to reverse the changes in intraocular pressure and normali se the test results. The significance of these observations is discuss ed.
