Abstract
The authors describe a clinical case of metastatic testicular non-semi nomatous germinal tumor with several recurrences treated by the associ ation of chemotherapy and surgery for remaining lesions. Based on this case a review of the literature is done to illustrate the evolution o f treatments, to highlight the evolutive potential of mature teratoma, the delayed recurrences.
