Trichoderma sp. was shown to be effective in preventing the growth of
the plant pathogen Sclerotium volfsii and the consequent rotting of Be
ta vulgaris L., Daucus carota L., Amorphophallus campanulatus Blume an
d Momordica charantia L. under post-harvest conditions. It may be usef
ul as a protecting agent during storage and transport of vegetables.
