Abstract
Granulomatous nephritis with renal masses is a very uncommon complicat ion of sarcoidosis. Renal sonography in a patient with pathologically proven granulomatous nephritis demonstrated echogenic masses. CT demon strated low-density lesions with mottled contrast enhancement.
