Abstract
Studies of dielectric relaxation have been carried out for a PbHf0.98T i0.02O3 single crystal in the frequency range 10 Hz-10 MHz in the para electric phase. Two dispersive steps of polydisper sive and nearly mon odispersive (Debye-like) character have been ascribed respectively to space charge and disorder in Pb sublattice recently found by X-ray exa mination.
