Pemphigus vulgaris is an autoimmune disease characterized by bullae bo
th in mucosa and on the skin. Palmar-plantar areas are rarely affected
: only one case has been reported in the literature. We report here th

ch spread over the skin surface including the palms. Despite corticost
eroid and cyclophosphamide therapy the outcome was rapidly fatal.
