Abstract
The single crystals of (NH(CH3)(3))(2)ZnCl4 (abbreviately (TrMA)(2)ZnC l4) were grown at room temperature. On the basis Of obtained experimen tal results one can conclude that crystals of trimethylammoniumtetrach lorozincates possess two phase transitions at T-c(c) = 276.5 K and T-i = 310 K. Phase lying below T-c is ferroelectric one. Some specific pr operties of (TrMA)(2)ZnCl4 in the phase lying between T-c and T-i, all ow to suggest the existence of incommensurate phase in this range.
