The complex investigation of temperature changes of pyroelectric, diel
ectric, photo-and thermoluminescence characteristics of Sn2P2S6 single
crystals was performed in the temperature range from 4.2 to 300 K. Th
e correlation in low-temperature behaviour of investigated characteris
tics is revealed. The view of temperature dependences of pyroelectric
response and dielectric permittivity is interpreted in the framework o
f glass-like behaviour model.
