Abstract
The results of specific heat measurements of DyBa2Cu3O7-delta single c rystal in temperature region 0.1 K-2 K are reported. The lambda-like a nomaly in the specific heat curve at T-N = 0.72-0.77 K is attributed t o the antiferromagnetic ordering of Dy3+ ions and the crystalline fiel d effect The mechanism of magnetic ordering and exchange interaction c haracter for Cu(3d(n))- and Dy(4F(n)) ions in superconducting and norm al states of DyBa2Cu3O7-delta single crystal are determined. The phase diagram is proposed.
