Abstract
It has been measured temperature dependencies of dielectric permittivi ty and electric conductivity for several samples of solid solution Pb( ZrxTi1-x)O-3 for concentration range 0.095 < x < 0.145. The concentrat ion dependencies of dielectric permittivity, piezoelectric parameters and the parameters of diffusion of rhombohedral-cubic phase transition also have been measured. It has been done for explanation of the role of short-range ordering in B-type sublattice. It was stated that many of the measured parameters are nonlinear near x = 0.125. So, we can s ay that for Zr/Ti proportion equal 7:1 short-range ordering takes plac e. It was confirmed by observation of diffuse scattering.
