Abstract
The reaction O-2(v) + O-2(v=0)->O-3(X(1)A(1)) + O(P-3) is studied by q uantum time-dependent and time-independent methods, for high vibration al excitation of one of the reactants. State-selected reaction rate co nstants are computed showing evidence of reaction but their values are too small to explain previous experimental measurements.
