POSTTRAUMATIC THORACOLUMBAR PSEUDOMENINGOCOELE - AN UNUSUAL CAUSE OF UPPER LUMBAR PAIN

Spinal pseudomeningocoele is a rare entity that may complicate major t rauma. We report the case of a female patient who presented with a 1-y ear history of back pain that occurred after a fall, Magnetic resonanc e (MR) examination showed a pseudomeningocoele in the thoraco-lumbar r egion, We describe the imaging findings and review the literature of t his rare condition.
