Abstract
In a quartz flow reactor ESR spectra of solid products of monosilane c ombustion in oxygen are recorded. It is assumed that one of the formed paramagnetic centers (electron trapped by an anion vacancy) participa tes in the heterogeneous chain branching reaction, in its presence the lower ignition limit in the mixture lowers.
