Abstract
The microscopic structure of thin PZT films with various Pb concentrat ions is studied by optical second-harmonic generation. From the azimut hal anisotropic dependence and scattering indicatrices of the nonlinea r optical response information about the orientation distribution of m icrocrystallites is obtained.
