We have studied properties of domain walls within the mean field appro
ximation of the pseudospin model appropriate for the description of KD
P-type crystals. Besides the planar structure the domain wall of the s
tep-like shape has been considered. The energetical barriers controlli
ng the movement of the walls over the unit cells strongly depend on th
e temperature and causes slowing-down of the dynamics on cooling. In c
ontrast to it the relaxation of domain walls localized inside a unit c
ell shifts to higher frequencies with decreasing temperature.
