Abstract
Three solid state reaction routes for synthesis of Ba(Mg1/3Ta2/3)O-3 w ere It was found that Ba(Mg1/3Ta2/3)O-3 can be derived from BaCO3, Mg- 5(CO3)(4)(OH)(2)4H(2)O, and Ta2O5 at relatively low temperature compar ing with the other two routes, The mechanism of formation of Ba(Mg1/3T a2/3)O-3 from BaCO3, Mg-5(CO3)(4)(OH)(2)4H(2)O, and Ta2O5 was discusse d, The dielectric constant and loss factor of the synthesized Ba(Mg1/3 Ta2/3)O-3 at various microwave frequencies were measured.
