IVF-ET involves laparoscopic or ultrasonographically guided follicular
retrieval, in vitro fertilization of the retrieved ova, and placement
of the embryo or embryos into the endometrial canal. The resulting pr
egnancies are associated with higher ectopic and heterotopic rates com
pared with natural pregnancies.(1) We present a rare case of unrupture
d heterotopic pregnancies, i.e., unilateral Live twin ectopic pregnanc
ies and simultaneous live triplet intrauterine pregnancies, in an TVF-
ET patient.
