Abstract
The current knowledge of the neutrino mass, double beta-decay, and neu trino oscillations is reviewed and recent neutrino experiments are dis cussed in detail. The discovery and basic studies of v(c), v(mu), and v(tau) are briefly described in historical perspective. Projected expe riments and techniques as well as prospects for the practical use of t he neutrino are discussed.
