Abstract
The physical processes in the exernal elastic layers of the biological membrane consisted of the interlaced clews of polypeptid chains were analized. The equations connected the electrostatic forces and the siz es of elastic layers were obtained. The histeresis dependence of membr ane thickness from transmembrane potential were proved. The new mechan ism of membrane exitation based on deformation of elastic layers was p roposed.
