Abstract
An integrated digital color camera LSI chip set for surveillance and P C application has been developed. The system consists of 3 LSIs and ha s internal ''Micro-controller'' with auto exposure (AE) and auto white balance (AWB) algorithm inside of Camera DSP. Wide range of CCD resol ution from 180K-pixel up to 380K-pixel is supported by the system.
