Abstract
Conjugates of Tn and sialyl Tn antigen with N-teradecanoyl L-seryl-bet a-alanine-containing D-glucosamine derivatives structurally related to lipid A as a immunoadjuvant were synthesized for the development of t otally synthetic vaccines against cancers or HIV.
