Ok. Smirnova et al., INFLUENCE OF A NONIONIC SURFACTANT ON THE STATE OF DISPERSE DYES, Colloid journal of the Russian Academy of Sciences, 56(2), 1994, pp. 226-227
In aqueous suspensions of disperse dyes in the presence of the non-ion
ic surfactant (oxyethylated monoalkylphenol) large (100 mum and above)
colloidal particles containing the dye in a solute state are formed o
n heating up to 98-degrees-C with subsequent cooling. A relationship b
etween the nature of the disperse dye and surfactant concentration cor
responding to the formation of the colloidal particles was derived.
