Nylon, used increasingly for automotive fuel lines, cannot by itself s atisfy the stringent property requirements of this demanding applicati on, Extra layers of material must be added to it, The authors discuss the extrusion of these layers and the problems that need to be overcom e to meet automotive specifications.
