Abstract
A neonatal presentation of Caroli's disease with severe cardiac and pr ogressive renal pathology is described. The availability of small paed iatric endoscopes ensured early diagnosis. Despite aggressive medical management, the baby died with severe bleeding complications before po tentially life saving multiple organ transplantation could take place.
