Abstract
Upon the sedimentation process in different concentrated suspensions, the distribution of the density by the height was studied by the annih ilation gamma probe method with a narrow beam of positron annihilation radiation. The formation of periodic structures from layers with diff erent densities was found in the precipitates upon the sedimentation o f the zinc-liquid glass and carbon black-water systems.
