Abstract
Selected topics are discussed that represent common reasons for perfor ming emergency uroradiologic examinations in infants and children, inc luding urinary tract infection, hematuria, urinary retention, intermit tent ureteropelvic junction obstruction, spontaneous perforation of th e augmented urinary bladder, and urethral trauma. Common complications of voiding cystourethrography in children are also discussed.
