Abstract
Atmospheric radon surveys have been conducted in dwellings and mine at mospheres from the city of Zacatecas and single family homes in Mexico City. The monitoring was performed with track detectors, LR115 type I I. The radon concentration values in most of the atmospheres studied w ere less than 150 Bq/m3; the maximum value at the top soil in mines re ached 1200 Bq/m3.
