Abstract
Dosemeters based on chemically etched CR-39 material PATRAS (made in G ermany) have been shown to be suitable for operational neutron dosimet ry. The energy dependence of the dosemeter response could be reduced b y optimising the etching and evaluation conditions. The results of the dosemeter calibration obtained by using of an image analyser are desc ribed. The dosemeter properties are discussed regarding the demands on individual neutron dosemeters.
