Abstract
This paper describes a new method for detecting DNA point mutations us ing a mismatch binding protein. The interactions of mismatches and mis match binding proteins are detected by the optical biosensor technolog y based on surface plasmon resonance (SPR). (C) 1997 Elsevier Science B.V.
