Abstract
The spectral functions of tJ and tJ(XY) models in the limit of J/t-->0 and at finite temperatures T much less than t are calculated using th e spin-charge factorized wave function. We find that the Luttinger-liq uid-like scaling behavior for a finite system with L sites is restrict ed below temperatures of the order T less than or similar to J/L. We a lso observe a weight redistribution in the photoemission spectral func tion in the energy range t, which is much larger than the temperature.
