We have made the nuclear shell-model calculations of the 0nubetabeta d
ecays in Ge-76 and Se-82 using a model-space approximation. Also we ta
ke into account the influences of both nuclear short-range correlation
and finite nucleon size on the calculations of the transition matrix
elements. The limits of Majorana neutrino mass and mixing parameter of
right-handed current have been deduced by fitting the experimental va
lues of 0nubetabeta decay lifetimes of Ge-76 and Se-82.
