Abstract
The higher level of the total plastid- and membrane-bound apoprotein o f photosystem I reaction centre (CP 1) was revealed by ELISA in coleop tiles of etiolated seedlings in comparison with leaves. Accumulation o f this apoprotein in young etiolated leaves (but not in coleoptiles) w as stimulated by 5-aminolevulinic acid.
