Abstract
A method for the computer processing of the galvanostatic potential tr ansients is suggested. The method makes it possible to determine param eters of the discharge and crystallization stages of the metal electro deposition process in a wide range of overvoltages. The possibilities of the method (with allowance made for the influence of supersaturatio n by adatoms at the discharge stage) are demonstrated by the example o f a monolayer electrocrystallization of copper from a sulfuric acid so lution.
