Abstract
We studied the effects of benadrostin, an inhibitor of poly (ADP-ribos e) polymerase, on apoptosis of HL-60 cells induced by 5-azacytidine, B enadrostin interfered with the apoptosis and inhibited the cell death in a dose-and time-dependent manner.
