Some heterobimetallic acyl and mu-acyl-rhodium complexes have been iso
lated from reactions of the phosphido-bridged complexes (OC)(4)M(mu-PP
h2)(2)RhH(CO)(PPh3) with the phosphinoalkenes Ph2P(CH2)(n)CH=CH2 where
M = Cr, Mo or W and n = 1-3. Several of the complexes have been fully
