Abstract
Presents a non-similar boundary layer analysis for the problem of mixe d convection in power-law type non-Newtonian fluids along an isotherma l vertical plate with surface mass transfer. Solves the transformed go verning laws numerically using a finite difference method. Presents nu merical results for the details of the velocity and temperature fields . Discusses the effect of suction and injection as well as the viscosi ty index on the surface heat transfer rate.
