La. Guo et Bq. Zhu, SYNTHESIS OF HIGH-EFFICIENCY PACKING AND USING FOR RECOMBINANT HUMAN INTERFERONS SEPARATION IN HIGH-PERFORMANCE HYDROPHOBIC INTERACTION CHROMATOGRAPHY, Gaodeng xuexiao huaxue xuebao, 18(9), 1997, pp. 1462-1464
The synthesis of packing of oxygen-ethane as end-ligand bonded to sili
ca and separation for recombinant human interferons(rhIFN) in high-per
formance hydrophobic interaction chromatography has been studied in th
is paper. It was showed that the packing synthesized was not only suit
able for separating standard proteins, but also for different rhIFNs,
i.e., rhIFN-alpha(A) expressed in yeast, rhIFN-alpha(A) and rhIFN-gamm
a in E. coli. The purify of three rhIFNs purified by one-step HPHIC, w
hich rhIFN-gamma expressed in E. coli was recognized as 80%, rhIFN-alp
ha(A) expressed in yeast as 70%, and rhIFN-alpha(A) expressed in E. co
li as 30%, was more than that of other chromatography besides affinity
chromatography.
