SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF TRICYCLOHEXYL (PHENYL, BUTYL)TIN ARYLTHIO(SULFINYL, SULFONYL) ACETATES

Twenty-two tricyclohexyl (phenyl, butyl)tin arylthio(sulfinyl, sulfony l)acetates were synthesized and their structures were characterized by elementary analysis, IR, H-1 NMR, MS, XPS, The data of IR and XPS ind icate that these compounds are four-coordinated organotin compounds fo r the tricyclohexyltin arylthio(sulfinyl, sulfonyl)acetates and five-c oordinated, carboxylate-bridged polymers for the triphenyl(butyl)tin a rylthio(sulfinyl, sulfonyl)acetates. Environmental sorption ability an d bioconcentration ability for compounds were predicted by calculating their n-octanol-water partition coefficients K-ow.
