Abstract
Misuse of current stereochemical terms is discussed, including terms t hat should be avoided altogether and replaced by other, standard ones. The reasons for using the proper terms and avoiding the infelicitous ones are pointed out. (C) 1997 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
