Abstract
Candida antarctica lipase (GAL) catalyzes the resolution of (+/-)-tran s-2-aminocyclohexanol by alkoxycarbonylation or acylation reactions. B esides, N-benzyloxycarbonyl derivatives of (+/-)-trans-2-aminocyclohex anol and (+/-)-trans-2-aminocyclopentanol are efficiently resolved thr ough O-acylation by Pseudomonas cepacia lipase (PSL).
