Abstract
A technique for arthroscopic inside-out repair of peripheral traumatic (type 1B) tears of the triangular fibrocartilage complex is reported. The technique can be performed using zone-specific cannulas that are commonly used for repairing meniscal tears in the knee. Anatomic disse ctions were used to show the safe regions around the TFCC where tears are amenable to this type of repair.
