Abstract
The case was that of a 29-year-old woman with major allergy suffering from severe metaherpetic immunologic keratitis (disciform keratitis). Tranfixation corneal graft surgery was delayed to prepare her immune s tatus by specific desensitization to perennial pneumallergens pre- (1 year), per- and postoperatively (2 years follow-up). Visual prognosis, often poor in mixed forms is excellent here.
