Abstract
Avionic system corrosion can be prevented by conducting a structural d esign and manufacturing effort synchronized with suppliers and custome rs. The basic tasks that have been found to withstand all of the physi cal, mechanical, and environmental rigors of aircraft service are addr essed. The implementation of structured tasks is far move cost-effecti ve than redesigning and rebuilding state-of-the-art avionic systems.
