Abstract
Vulcanizates with carbon black N 115 of different dispersion grades we re examined by Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM). The dispersion on the mi cron-scale was characterized by AFM and digital image analysis. The mi crodispersion is related to the macrodispersion determined by optical microscopy.
