In this paper, which is a continuation of [73] part I, explicit soluti
ons of two mixed b.v.ps. for the vectorial Lame equation with DDT/DDT
data, TTD/TTD data, resp., given on a system Sigma of N = 2 parallel s
creen-crack half-planes are derived by explicit calculation of the fac
tors of the corresponding (residual) L-2-lifted nonrational 6 x 6 Wien
er-Hopf-Fourier symbol matrices, which were scalarized to n-part form
(n = 6) structures. For a single screen two WHOs closely related to th
e Rawlins problem and the impedance problem for the (scalar) Helmholtz
equation are established to be Fredholm operators, the second when as
suming the regularity higher than H-1 i.e. H1+delta, 0 < delta < 1/2.
The WHO of the N-screen Dirichlet (and Neumann) problem for the Helmho
ltz equation is shown to be invertible by an operator Neumann series,
even for small distances between the half-planes.
