Abstract
Using stereoselective reactions two homological series of diastereisom eric +/- cis and +/- trans lkoxyphenylcarbymoyloxy]-cycloheptylmethyla mmonium chlorides containing 1,2,3,4 and 6 carbon atoms in alkyl chain were prepared. The principal physicochemical characteristics, includi ng partition coefficients, were determined and relative local anesthet ic activity was measured.
