Abstract
The chromatographic behaviour of Daminozide and 2,2-dimethylhydrazine was studied using RP HPLC and the influence of pH, ionic strength and organic modifier on their retention characteristics was described. Opt imum conditions for voltammetric detection of the above mentioned subs tances and for HPLC determination of Daminozide in the presence of 2,2 -dimethylhydrazine were found.
