Abstract
Transparency and crystallinity are properties that are normally mutual ly exclusive. Nevertheless, it is possible to combine the advantages o f amorphous and partially crystalline materials in one transparent pla stic. A microcrystalline polyamide unites the chemical resistance of p artially crystalline molding materials with the advantages of amorphou s, UV-resistant products.
