Abstract
A review on crystal structure determination of high temperature superc onductors using electron diffraction or the combination of electron di ffraction and high resolution electron microscopy is given. The two-st age image processing technique and the multi-dimensional direct method are employed. Four examples including the determination of commensura te and incommensurate modulated structures are reported.
